Talk To The Stars is operated under Pearmantra Innovations - Pearmantra Music - Talk To The Stars. These terms explain the conditions for using the website and its AI-powered artist chats. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Talk To The Stars offers interactive conversations with AI-powered artist personas. Replies are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended for entertainment and artist discovery. They are not direct communications from a real person, even where a character is inspired by or associated with an artist. AI responses may sometimes be inaccurate, inconsistent or unexpected.
Provide accurate registration details, keep your sign-in credentials secure and do not share your account or attempt to access another person's account. You are responsible for activity carried out using your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.
Each signed-in account has a shared website-wide allowance of 50 messages per day across all available artists. The allowance resets at midnight UTC (1 am in the UK during British Summer Time and midnight during Greenwich Mean Time). We may need to restrict access temporarily for maintenance, security or service problems. We will give appropriate notice of material changes to the service where reasonably possible.
Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass its usage limits or security, interfere with other users, submit unlawful or abusive content, impersonate others, or use the service to infringe anyone's rights. Do not enter passwords, payment card information or other highly sensitive personal details into artist chats. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the platform or its users, subject to applicable law.
Artist-chat replies are generated automatically and should not be relied upon as factual, medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Do not treat a generated reply as a promise, personal relationship, endorsement or binding statement by a real artist or by Talk To The Stars.
Names, characters, artwork, music, logos, website design and other creative material may be protected by intellectual property rights belonging to their respective owners. Access to the service does not grant you ownership of that material or permission to commercially reproduce it. You retain any rights you have in material you submit, and permit us and our technical providers to process your submissions as necessary to deliver and operate the requested chat service.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Promotional emails are optional and depend on your preference in My Account. Necessary account and service communications are separate from marketing. Browser storage is addressed in our Cookie Policy when published.
After six months without chat activity, we may send a promotional re-engagement email only where marketing consent exists. After twelve months without chat activity, we may issue a final account-service notice allowing at least 30 days before possible deletion, measured from when the notice is actually sent. A login during the pending period starts a seven-day opportunity to send a qualifying chat message; any active grace period is honoured even if it extends beyond the original deadline. A qualifying chat cancels pending deletion; login alone does not. Deletion is never automatic and requires administrator approval.
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that AI-generated content will always be accurate. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or affects your statutory rights.
We may update these terms as Talk To The Stars develops. The draft or publication date above will be updated when revised terms are published. Where required, we will give additional notice of material changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
